Patient Falls are above the peer group rate. A Falls committee has been formed and is providing/designing a prevention bundle. Staff education is planned with auditing of practice to ensure compliance. Implementing post-fall huddles are being planned. Cambridge Health Alliance has recently joined NDNQI.
Pressure Ulcer Prevalence in the ICU is above the state mean. A wound nurse is being hired and a full assessment of our pressure injury prevention is underway.
